We have yet to find any of the machines from this pre historic period…but many of the ruined cities should evidence of once supporting flight.
Each month there seems to be a variety of mementos to an ancient past which may have involved aeronautical activities. These auction house figurines are unique in their composition and design and provide the observer with food for thought.
In this small gallery – we see what appears to be a terracotta figure (from a mold) wearing a pressurized suit of some kind. Unfortunately the head (or helmet) has been removed which could have reveal more details. The simplicity of the design is not typical of the natives of the area in Central Mexico where it was uncovered.
